Shipping
After production (production time varies by product), orders will be shipped by either Canada Post, UPS, DHL, or Purolator - depending on customer selection. Orders shipped by Canada Post to the United States will be passed on to UPS for final delivery.
If your order was shipped with Canada Post, you can track it in the USPS system by using the same tracking number provided.
Customs/Duties
The customer is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes owing upon delivery. Aurora Linens has no control over these fees. We are also not responsible for delays in customs processing. Aurora Linens will not provide refunds for duties/taxes/tariffs. We will not refund orders that are refused due to the owing of customs fees.
Undelivered Items
If an item is unable to be delivered due to incorrect address information, Aurora Linens is not responsible for a replacement shipment. Once the order is returned to us, we can ship it back to you for a standard shipping charge.
Transit Time
Transit times vary depending on shipping service selected. Please consult the UPS and Canada Post delivery standards for more details. Customs processing time is not included in delivery standards.
